INTRODUCTION
Organic Baby Birth was created from lived experience, not theory.
It was born from my own journey as a mother, a woman who asked questions, and someone who knew deep down that birth was never meant to be traumatic, rushed, or stripped of dignity.

My story

I left those births believing pain, fear, and exhaustion were just “part of it”. But after my third child, something in me shifted.
I am a mother of six children.
My first four babies were born in the hospital.
And to be honest — the first three births left me traumatised.
I was not educated.
I was not supported.
I was not empowered.
I left those births believing pain, fear, and exhaustion were just “part of it.”
But after my third child, something in me shifted.
I thought: *This cannot be the way birth is meant to be.*
That question changed everything.
I began studying.
I started learning about birth physiology, hormones, and the role of safety and trust.
I met childbirth educators, doulas, and women who carried deep wisdom about birth.
By the time I gave birth to my fourth baby — still in the hospital — everything was different.
Not because the system had changed.
But because I had.
That birth was calm.
It was easy.
And after giving birth, I quite literally walked out of the hospital with my baby girl as if I hadn’t just given birth at all.
No pain.
No trauma.
Just a little tired — and deeply proud.

CHOOSING A DIFFERENT WAY
With my fifth baby, I realised something important:
I didn’t need the hospital anymore.
I learned about home birth.
I trusted my body.
And I experienced a beautiful, supported home birth that showed me just how powerful birth can be when a woman feels safe.
With my sixth baby, I went even deeper.
I chose a free birth — at home, without anyone attending.
And it was one of the most powerful, grounding, and awe-inspiring experiences of my life.
Calm.
Instinctive.
Sacred.
WHY I DO THIS WORK
These experiences changed me.
They showed me that birth does not have to be traumatising.
That fear is not a requirement.
That pain is not the definition.
Allah created our bodies to give birth.
We are powerful by design.
And no system, protocol, or opinion gets to take that truth away from us.
MY ROLE TODAY
Today, I am a natural childbirth educator, doula, coach and burnout specialist.
I am the calm voice in the room.
The woman who reminds you of what your body already knows.
The one who stands with you — not the system.
I do not tell women what to do.
I educate, support, and protect.
So that you can walk into birth informed, grounded, and confident.
With the woman, not the system
Organic Baby Birth exists for my sisters.
For the women who want to know their options.
For the women who want to trust their bodies.
For the women who want faith, physiology, and calm to coexist.
Your body.
Your baby.
Your birth.
You are powerful.
And you deserve support that honours that.
