We are here to support your family before in creating a birth plan, answering questions, providing information, even for the occasional freak out that may happen (yes, you aren't alone!). Shannon will support your family during the birthing process with pain management, information, support making informed decisions, a loud WAHOO when the angel arrives, and she will stick around to get breastfeeding established and everyone settled. Postpartum Care
Taking care of a baby is hard work whether this is your first or fifth. We joke that we thought we finally got the baby thing down, and then we had our #4. Did you know new daddies can also suffer a little of the "baby blues"? We are here to answer daddy's questions and calm his fears (we still laugh over Kevin's first diaper experience). Mommy needs some sleep and Shannon can't get enough of holding babies. Perhaps breastfeeding isn't going as well as you had hoped. Do you need someone to talk to so you can process a tough birth? This is how we can help you during the postpartum time.
